- How much does it cost to ship into Kenya?
- You are quoted before you book, and the number is fixed the day you book it. It is worked out from the size of your goods or their weight, whichever of the two is bigger — the same way every freight company works it out, and we show you which one you paid for.
- Will I know where my goods are?
- Yes. We message you at every step — when your goods reach the warehouse, when they leave, when they arrive, and when they are ready to collect. You never have to ask.
- Do I have to deal with customs myself?
- No. We are the shipper on the paperwork and we handle clearing with a licensed partner. You collect your goods and that is your part.
- What happens if the price changes after you weigh it?
- Before we weigh it the price is a range, and we say so. On the scale it becomes one number. If a number ever has to change, the correction is shown next to the original with the difference explained — the first number never quietly disappears.
- What is shared-container shipping?
- Your boxes travel in one container alongside other buyers’ goods. You pay for the space yours takes, not for the whole container. (You may see this called LCL.)
- Do I need an account?
- Not to look. Open the link, see the price, book your space. When you do need to sign in we email you a link — there is no password to invent and nothing to install.
